Introduction to 21-WEEKS-HEALTH CHALLENGE
And among those resolutions, is the ubiquitous desire to improve our health and live a healthier life.
Who of you wants to live a healthier life? Who of you wants to lose weight and achieve a more attractive physique? Who of you wants to turn your diet completely around into a healthy one? Who of you wants to be fitter and toner? Who would like to reduce medical bills and completely stop certain medications especially diabetes medication? Who of you wants a total lifestyle change? Who of you want to live your healthiest life EVER?
If so, this challenge is for you!
So what’s going to happen? For 21 weeks straight, we will all be working to achieve our best health together. We’ll be creating our personal 21-week Healthy Plan to improve our health & fitness, which should ideally cover the following 3 key areas:
- Diet: What we eat and drink
- Exercise: Our exercise regime – How frequently we exercise and how long we exercise each time; and
- Lifestyle: Lifestyle-related habits, such as waking time, sleeping time, meditation, posture, etc.
This plan is not just about weight loss, though weight loss may well be a benefit you’ll experience after the challenge (of course – think about what 21-weeks of hard core exercise and healthy eating will do to your body!) This is about healthy living.
Where you have boundless energy every day and you can get tons of things done without ever feeling a pinch tired. This challenge is for everyone, because no matter how our diet or exercise is like currently, we can always make it better.
Why 21 weeks, and not 28 or 14 days? This is because 21 days is the optimal period to cultivate new habits. However, 21 weeks, helps you cultivate total lifestyle change that will see you live a healthier life for many years to come. Every week, we will take time to “train” the lifestyle in question change the habit for better. Once we get through the 21 weeks and have everything in place, we can then have a great foundation to achieve our goals for a lifetime. Believe it or not. After all, everything in life starts with having good health. Without a healthy and strong body, we can’t hope to get much done!.

How should you prepare for the 21 weeks?
- Buy a journal or a note book
- Think about your health and your habits? write down the challenges you have had in the past. The limitations, the excuses you have made. Be brutally honest with yourself.
