Week 19: Give yourself a hug
This week’s task is simple, yet often neglected in our daily life.
Your task this week is to give yourself a hug, part and buy yourself a gift too . That’s all. And to live the week with love and joy.
No matter who you are, what you do, or where you come from, know that you are loved, always.
Think about yourself, What have you done for yourself lately? Most people neglect themselves, the hug is just to remind us that we individually matter and we should take care of ourselves, physically, and emotionally.
